Ah lovely thanks. Yeah I'm more interested in lifting and toning as apose to just cardio. I've taken quite an interest in weight training, but Bodypump looks like a really good workout :)

Tae Bo, that's one I haven't seen for a long time, I used to have a Video Tape of Tae Bo. Shame I don't have the VCR player anymore or I would get it out and have a go

I know you must be feeling awful, sometimes the body just retains water, maybe thats why ? Also make sure you eat the full amount of calories that you need. Don't give up hope! I'm sure the scales will start to go down soon :flowerforyou:
