I can't find the article anymore, but I recently read that one rest day a week not only cuts down on your chance injury significantly, it makes the other six workouts up to 30% more effective! I was shocked. Wish i could find the article. It MAY have been WebMD. But, I wouldnt' swear to it.

At the risk of offending, never, ever, ever bounce. It is dangerous and causes injuries. Stretch as far as you can without pain. Hold that stretch stable for 30 to 60 seconds. Try to go further next time. NEVER BOUNCE.

My diary was private until someone asked me to open it. I didn't open it because i didn't know it was closed. But, for those who actually choose to keep their diary private, it's probably like real life. Some people are just more private than others. And that's ok.

Day 10 done. Tomorrow Day 11 and I've decided to give Level 2 a shot. I've also decided if I'm not ready that's ok too. jillian wouldn't like that attitude , but luckily she's not really in my living room.

Personally, I'd do level one for a few days. I'm on Level 1 and I find it harder/easier depending on the day. If you're killing it a few days in a row then move up.

REALLY? I'm going to be doing Day 10 Level 1 in an hour or so. I've been waffling over even trying Level 2 as the cardio in circuit 1 of level one is killing me (jumping jacks and skippinig are the worst), the rest is fine. Maybe i should try level 2 tomorrow and see?
