That's it. Chocolate. I don't like ice cream, or other candy, and hate donuts. so thats it for sugary stuff. Not a fan of potato chips or any other chips, puffs, or curls. Good there. Don't like fried foods, and love raw veggies and fruits. so my diet is good..Actually chocolate and cheese/dairy. : D

my sweet tooth gets the best of me sometimes-chocolate that is, and I'm not talking about cheap hershey type, I'm talking about the creamy, velvety rich chocolate-major fat/calorie content. I could eat a whole bag of those little Lindt balls. Other than that I'm good.

I'm 5'6" at 109 right now. My goal is between 103-105-fit and toned. People seem to forget that bone structure has a lot to do with weight and height. I'm a tiny frame so at 115 i look-chubby. I think your goal weight is fine.

WHEIRD: Actually I think you're right... "They" say that you lose the baby weight faster if you breast feed, but I think it's just docs trying to get more women to breastfeed. I barely BF a month but as soon as I stopped the weight came right off-4 months and I was back to my pre preggo weight.

I'm 5'6" and my goal weight is 103-105. Thats' when I look the best/fit. I hovered between 112-115 for the last two years (not exercising/ eating right) and have flabbed up. I'm currently at 110 and just trying to get lean. BUT I have a tiny frame so I can get away with that weight.

As someone else replied the only time I get a cramp/stitch is if I eat anything within 3 hours of my workouts.

My goal weight is my "pre-meeting-my-husband" goal weight.. I was 103 at 5'6",, BUT I have a tiny frame so anything over 108 doesn't look good on me.

5'6" HW: 143 (pregnancy) CW: 115 GW:103 (before meeting the hubs and marriage) I know is sounds drastic but I have a REALLY small frame and I feel i look the best healthy and toned at 103/105 lbs : )
