popcorn is a great snack. But you cannot eat as much as you want because you'll end up consuming a ton of calories. But it makes a great snack..The great thing about popcorn is it takes a while to sit and eat it. You can "snack" on it and relax with it for a bit which can really give you a sense of a satisfying snack. Your…

I love coffee! I try not to go over board because to much caffeine will increase cortisol which I definitely don't need. But it is a trade off. It helps me have better workouts and the bottom line is I need my fix!:drinker:

Missykaye, you are absolutely right about the transformation section on bb.com..I know several people who are posted in that section but a few in particular I have grown very close to from logging my daily workouts on a forum with them. And they are even more amazing then their stories show. If you ever want some big time…

you can use amydarina suggestion if you plateau again. If you're losing weight weekly again don't change anything until you have to.. I will bump my cals up about 500 cals above what I'm consuming daily twice a week when I diet as I get leaner. I lower fats, lower protein and up my healthy carbs on these days. This…

Look into popcorn like Newman's Own Organics - 94% Fat Free Unsalted Organic Popcorn..They are a snack you can chill out with for a decent amount of time and slowly enjoy like chips. Just set some cals aside. This way you can enjoy a snack without doing the damage the chips cause.

You have to want to change more then anything else on earth. It has to be the single most important thing in your life. You have to be willing to do whatever it takes. That most likely means a combination of changing your eating habits, adding exercise and going to talk to a therapist who can help you. You have to be…

I had 2 pieces of organic toast. The options are endless.

Just save yourself some cals over from meals during the day so you can have a snack at night before bed. Instead of having a few glasses of wine have 1. then the cals you saved from the other 2 glasses of wine can be put torwards a snack. And you said "I know it is not good to snack before bed" If you eat a healthy snack…

I personally don't use anything in my coffee but if I did I would use stevia like others have suggested.

Agreed.

I like to get roughly 15-18g EAA per meal which gives me roughly 3-4g leucine. Research has shown roughly 15g EAA or roughly 3-4g leucine seems to maximize protein synthesis. So it depends on the protein source and that determines how many grams of protein I eat with a meal.. I don't go below 1g protein per lb of body…

Where is your gym??

There are plenty of options to get yourself moving along again. What foods you eat are a factor. You may have to swap certain foods out of your diet and other foods in. Depending on what your diet looks like?? How you space out your meals daily can factor in. Using weekly carb ups or refeeds can be a big help. decreasing…

Like sbs said, you want to focus on 1 goal at a time. Bodybuilders train in phases..They will train for months at a time focusing on building muscle while keeping bf to a minimum...
