Awesome! Sometimes you need to sit and think. Other times, you need to put your foot down and move on. Take a step in the right direction, which is clearly which ever direction is away from him. That boy doesn't have what you want. Stepping away from him means stepping closer to someone who does have.

Couldn't agree more! Also, do you think he is spending his time doing this? Wondering and yearning and over analyzing every little detail? In short, the answer is 'no'. He'll be 'doing' whatever girl is putting up with his way of life. Don't spend any more of your time on him. You've already given him enough.

I'm down as 'Lightly Active' as I work in retail, so I do a lot of walking in my daily job and don't log that. However, I walk to, and sometimes from, work each day and that's a 20 minute trip each way, so I record that.

People can be utter wankers. The best saying that I've ever heard on the subject of being called fat is: "You aren't 'fat'! You have fat. 'Fat' does not define you" Screw him! Honestly, calling people 'fat' is a generic insult. It require absolutely no intelligence. Evidently he has the IQ of a carrot.

Hey! I'm 5ft 4. Highest weight was around 260. 6 weeks ago I was 251. Now i'm 234, looking to get under 200 as quickly as possible with an overall goal of seeing 145/150 or there abouts.
