I really should laugh more often. My husband might think I'm crazy if he just see's me laughing and there's nothing funny. LOL.

I take all sorts of vitamins. I would suggest a multi-vitamin & Fish oil. Fish oil actually helps reduce insulin level which prevents from storing fat.

I read that too. That if your feeling tired, its probably because your body needs water. Water does give you energy. I read that you are suppose to take your weight and divide it by 2. Then thats how many oz. you are suppose to drink.

I do the same thing. Sometimes I add them or sometimes I don't. Your not creepy. If your creepy we are all creepy .lol
