I started phase 3 today. I did chest and back. It was so cool to see how much I've improved since week 1! All I can say is HOLY COW! I started at 15 push ups on my knees and today I did 30 on my toes!!!!!!! So motivating!!!!!:bigsmile:

Okay, confession time... I have eaten terribly today! We went to a buffet for lunch. I did great until I got to the desserts! I was then good at dinner, but just ate 3 cupcakes! Not the small ones either! I assume this was due to that time of the month, but I really hate it when I do this! I know tomorro's a new day, but…

I completely agree! This is my 3rd time starting (although each time was years apart) It stinks to start over at the beginning when you've worked so hard! I'll be skipping yoga tomorrow. Instead, my husband and I will be doing our 1st 5k!:happy:

Tip for cleaning the microwave: spray with any cleaner and then place a bowl or cup of water in and "cook" on high for about 6 minutes. The boiling water will create steam that will loosen any stubborn stuck on food! Just wipe clean with a paper towel. Make sure to be careful when removing the water from the microwave!

Okay it's weigh in day again! Sorry I've been kind of MIA. I had a bad week. Yesterday was the anniversary of my dad's death 3 years ago. I fell off the bandwagon for a few days, but I'm back today to start anew! Thankfully I didn't gain any. I weighed in at 119 this morning. I'll post an updated chart tomorrow.

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply...I've had a crazy last 2 days. P90X is going pretty well. This is the 3rd time that I've started it. I usually get bored with it and quit. 90 days is a long time to stick with the same program! I'm determined this time to stick it out! It is pretty tough, but it gets" easier" each time…

I didn't work out yesterday, but I did clean my house from top to bottom. It took me ALL day! Spring cleaning a little late... I'm excited for Kenpo today! It's one of my favorites! The time flies by!
