This I actually tanned this year and hate it, it makes me feel like i look older then i am. I also get white spots when i do tan which looks horrible too. I am irish and german btw. I use tons of Sunscreen too like SPF 50 or more.

I do this too or when i am being stared at.

1. I am obsessed with crosses, blood(not real blood that makes me pass out), and eyes. 2. I have a bit of an Asian Obsession. (Mostly Korean) 3. I love History, one of the reasons i named my daughter Maya. 4. I love learning interesting things. 5. I am pretty vain. Ok probably very vain.

Circuit training

Im thinking about doing another round of it. If I do start it tomorrow will be day 1. It will be my 3rd round I already completed 2 rounds and had an 11 day unfinished round, but i don't count that.

Get a protein shake, or eat fish. i do both and i make sure i get at least 1200 calories a day

Oranges, tomatoes, grapes, Lettuce, cucumbers, Green peppers, and basically any fruit and veggie out there. My salads always have 1,000 mg of potassium or more plus my protein shakes have a good amount too.
