I hate the scales too so I weight myself once a month!! I tend to enjoy noticing certain items of clothing fitting better and that kind of thing rather than actual weight loss, then you get surprised when you do weigh for the month =)

I exercise 5 days a week for 60 minutes at a time. My exercise ranges from boxfit classes (intense) to walking. It depends how you feel although I do believe that your body needs at least one rest day for the muscles to repair =) Hope this helps

I tend to see results more so in how clothes fit then on the scale so don't be too disheartened. I tend to only weigh myself once a month. But if you are concerned you should see your doctor about your thyroid problem to see if that is affecting it. But well done on the awesome work so far.

you could be anemic or low in iron. doesn't seem like you eat red meat so maybe an iron supplement

Find something you enjoy doing. I used to hate exercising until I joined a boxing gym and do boxing fitness classes, it's so much fun and such a good workout. I tend to miss it when I can't go. Just experiment until you find something you enjoy Hope this helps

My GP said that sweat is good hahaha means you are burning fat and one of the trainers at the gym I go to said mixing up the time of day you are working out and the types of exercise you are doing means your body does not have a chance to adapt and get used to the exercise and therefore will continue to shed the weight.…
