I bought my scale at target! They have scales with a variety of technological stuff...I like the scales that show the BMI and all that.

I started at 162 and now keep bouncing from 157--153 as well. I'm closer to 157 right now and it makes me really depressed. I'm the eater kind though...I guess that's why I'm on here because I eat emotionally!

My kids love cinnamon apples. Growing up I always had ice cream as a snack...sherbert to be exact. I'm happy to give my kids a healthier option.

I think my problem is when I chose to eat "all" my calories for the day I don't eat what I'm supposed to eat. I eat junk! =( I'm very depressed as I gained 3 more pounds. I have a problem with beating myself up for having a bad day or week. In fact I REALLY struggle wth this. My mom and my husband are constantly tellimg me I'm more than my food!

Well when I look at my sugar intake it's always high, even when I don't eat sweets. I realized it was all the fruit and yogurt. So I've been trying to not eat so much. It sucks!

I have to tell you....if I eat more than 1500 calories a day I feel sick. When I trained for the marathon and was doing 10-20 mile runs I would eat a english muffin with a little peanut butter. and on the bigger runs I would gu once or twice during the run. but I work out quite often for about an hour in the morning and I don't eat before those, just when I'll be doing a 2 hour run!
