I've never done Insanity, but I've seen the results and wowza!! I have done Combat and I love it! It is cardio driven, but I find myself so involved with the set that I forget that it's work. I also love Pump. I actually alternate days with Pump and Combat. Good luck! Edit to add - You do as much as you can and go after it…

Maybe, their customer support is pretty good. Call the 800 # and see what they say. Good luck! I left WW for the same reason! That and every January they change the program, it was really frustrating.

Too funny! The pizza is very tasty! The hot turkey sandwiches are my downfall right now. I have to walk away without looking...but every once and awhile I enjoy one. The samples do not bother me. I can walk by without even thinking about it. If I did indulge in a few samples I would probably add as quick calories and not…

It's not always pretty but thats how I learn ;) feel free to add if you'd like! P.S. I do log the bad and the good both with food and weight...to hold myself accountable as I reflect on my journey.

I'm 5'8" and started at 280, lost some on my own and then found MFP. I still have 30 to go to get to my goal. Anything is possible if you are willing to change your mindset and your lifestyle. Feel free to add if you would like ;)

Just finishing up Defending Jacob. Not sure what I'm going to read next, but I see some titles here that I want to check out ;)
-
Under cardio there is a circuit training that allows you to put in the mins you worked out. But ultimatly a HRM would be the best way to track your actual burn, not what MFP estimates. Hope that helps!!

Request sent! We're in this together ;)

Welcome back, sending request. The more the merrier ;)
-
I have this ^^^^ as well. It has really helped me ;)

I like my Polar FT7, they are about $90. Well worth the investment. I was worried about the whole chest strap being uncomfortable, but it's fine. I forget that I'm wearing it after I start working out ;)
-
A heart rate monitor should help. Then you can log your activity as what ever you want and have an accurate calorie burn. One with a chest strap will be the most accurate. Hope that helps ;)

LOVE all the posts! Thx!!

Can you tell me a little about what the challenge group will be doing? I've done challenges in the past and they change weekly. With LM Pump you follow the instructor so I'm not sure what this would look like. I love LM Pump and may be interested in joining. Thx!!

Welcome! Feel free to add me ;)
