I'm on the "last 10" too!! I lost the first 60 in about 6 months. I've been on the last 10 for 3 months!!!! It doesn't want to come off!! I refuse to give up. I keep trying new things to trick my body. I can't wait to say I reached my goal!!! ****70 pounds GONE!!!!*****

I work at a YMCA in the childcare. I feel your pain. TONS of new families and they come everyday for about 2-3 weeks and then GONE!!! All the paperwork...a waste. All the time we spent getting to know the kids...a waste!!!! I so feel ya on this one!!!

I just got the Garmin 405cx with HRM.....Don't get to open it till Christmas....(my mom bought it too!!!) can't wait!! Amazon had it on sale yesterday. I heard nothing but good things about it!

Turned off the tv and went for a walk. I eat to live now. Not eat because I'm stressed. When I'm stressed (always these days) I work out. I walk,run DVD's…
