Running helped me fit in a size 0 jean. I will always love it for that! I run for the ONLY me time I get. I run to stay in those damn jeans I worked so hard for (was a 16...:noway: ) I run to get faster. I won a few races...now I want MORE medals!!! I love the sweat....:love:

I wear a garmin hrm. I measure out my food. So I think my calories are pretty exact.

My clothes seem to fit the same. I'm a teacher and go back to work next week...I'm a little scared to put my work clothes on to be honest. Short people 5 pounds is a lot. :angry:

I was at a stand still forever! I started training this summer and I'm up a solid 5 pounds now. I thought with all the running I would lose this summer and get to my goal weight. I'm 5'1 goal is 120-125. How many calories are my 5'1 friends eating? I have been stuck for a while and looking for that "magic" number.....if there is one. LOL :grumble:

HELP PLEASE!!!! I'm 5'1 and 133 pounds and I'm pretty much stuck there. My Dr wants me to be 120. I have gone up on my calories and I have also gone down to 1300...just stuck. I have a back injury and can't workout at all right now. So I have no idea what to eat at to still lose. My BMR is 1342.....can anyone please help.…

Thanks....I have a back injury right now and I've been benched from any workouts. :sad: I can't seem to find the right magic number of calories for me....I'll keep playing with the numbers.
