  • To add your ticker to your signature, go to "my home", "settings" and then "change forum signature". Put your ticker code in there.

  • Under the "my home" tab, click the link for check in. You can put your measurements and inch loss in there. For your ticker, you can go to wight loss ticker, and then I think there is a link for "update your weight" or something along that line. I hope this helps!
