You can make the ticker in tools - "ticker". Then copy the code and go to "settings", under "my home" and choose "change forum signature". Paste the code there and then it will show everytime you make a forum post. A lot of people also put their names, quotes, etc there as well

I love sweatin to the oldies!!! Years ago I did it all the time, but the ol vhs just doesn't like to play very well anymore. Hopefully sometime soon I will get the dvd. There is nothing like dancing for exercise! It makes it so fun!

Do you ever try frozen yogurt instead of ice cream? I know there is quite a difference (being that I am also a MAJOR die hard ice cream fan), but it can be quite good. And you can also freeze your own yogurt in posicle trays to make frozen yogurt type ice cream bars (if that made any sense?)

Count me in too! I think Christmas is a great time to be my goal weight. And much more logistic (for me). Had a very rushed morning this morning, so all I had was a 1/2 cup of Danon Mixed Berry yogurt. I was starving by lunch tho!
