whole wheat pita bread works great too! And sometimes instead of pizza sauce, I just brush on a little olive oil and garlic powder... comes out something like garlic fingers with meat... mmm...

I make mine with juice, a banana, frozen strawberries and either a scoop of yogurt or protein powder. Sounds like everyone is doing great! :happy: I went for my walk/ run (cs5k week 3 - day 2) this morning, so I got my mile in. Whew this C25K! How are you doing with the c25k? I just started week 3 yesterday. I found it such a struggle when I first started, and now I love it. It's still quite a workout, but I enjoy it more and more everyday! :smile:

I think that it should count! :happy: One thing with the fitness challenges is that it may not be do-able for everyone, so I think that exercise that could be the equivilant to, or exceed the challenge definetly counts!
