I select circuit training from the data base. Since it is a circuit video it made sense. Not sure how accuate it is though.

So it has been about 2 weeks since I started 30 day shred. I have not lost any weight (Probably because of Thanksgiving) but I have lost 3.5 inches total. 1.5 off of my waist, .1 off of hips, and .5 from my neck! I was getting discouraged by the numbers on the scale, but seeing that I have lost a few inches has me back on…

I did level 1 for 3 days. I felt like I was ready for the next level, as I was able to complete the entire workout without stopping. I plan to stay on level 2 until I can complete the entire level without taking a 5-10 second break. I am using 4lb weights.

I think you are to go straight through. I ended up taking a few breaks today as I was sore. Just do the best you can.

It does require hand weights. If you do not have hand weights, use soup cans!
