Today is my last day of L1, and tomorrow I start L2. I have lost 2 lbs and 2 inches.

I don't have any answers for you on this one, but I will tell you that my problem is shin splints. I have tried everything in the book to prevent/stop them, and I always get them running. That's why I don't think I ever want to do a 25k.

I dont reward myself with food or drinks, I don't say that I deserve any kind of food or drink I don't completely rule them out anyway, everything in moderation. If you want a reward buy some new clothes, or go get a pedicure. :)

I agree here. I really don't drink anymore. If I do it's when we go out to dinner, and I can't have more than 2 drinks. A while back I really used to abuse alcohol. I just can't do it anymore. It makes me feel gross. When I drank than I would eat and eat and eat!

I allow myself a latte everyday with splenda in it. If I didn't I probably wouldnt make it over 1,000 either...lol I should have the smoothie, but people will really hate me without coffee.

I said nothing over 150 for years after I had been my highest of 165 in high school, and I had kept it off a long time(around 130lbs), then in my early 20's I started drinking, when my mom died I started binge drinking, and gained almost 30lbs until I was 158lbs. BTW everyone tells me that if you see a bear try to look bigger and make noise it will scare it. Well I'm 5ft tall, looking big isn't that easy, I could probably scare off a small cub, but I can be loud. I've been told I am very loud for such a little person.

I feel the same way, I planned to buy some new jeans at 130lbs, but it depends, if I still have jeans that fit, I'm going to wear them until I NEED to buy new jeans. That way I will be able to save more money to buy new clothes. :P

Ive found that happening w my tom. Ive also had it happen in spurts too. Like the first 2 wks I lost 9 lbs, a wk later only 2 lbs. Ill be losing 1 or 2lbs a wk, then all of a sudden lose 3 or 4 another week. I read somewhere that people sometimes lose weight in spurts. I dont know why. My guess is body chemistry changing,…
