So you say you get plenty of sleep. Do you wake up feeling well rested or perhaps still tired? If still tired and saying you get plenty of sleep based on time spent in bed perhaps a sleep study is in order.

Yes - I try to eat my exercise calories. Initially I was using it as the carrot to get me going. But am finding now that I enjoy getting out and feeling deprived when I don't...not because I don't get the extra calories but the actual getting out and about. Instead of saving calories...create some with exercise. Personally last weekend me and my wife went hiking for a couple hours and I ended up burning 1400+ calories that morning. Needless to say I was able to enjoy pizza and desert that night. :smile:
