Welcome to MFP. I workout at least 4-5 times a week with Zumba (48 minutes), EA Active(60 minutes +) or with the Leslie Sansome 4 mile dvd (48 minutes). I've lost about 14 pounds in 4 weeks. Slow and steady wins the race. Feel free to add me if you need another friend.

I recently did a cruise and there are so many menu choices. The salad bar is great and there are lite items on the dinner menu every night. Have fun and enjoy your cruise.

Sounds like fun. I did my first Carnival Cruise in April 2011 and I am taking another one April 2012. If anyone could get it together I would certainly be interested.

When you eat better you will feel better and the weight will certainly come off. I wish you luck with your journey. Also, try not to eat back the exercise calories you gain.

I think the norm for everyone will be a little different. I set mine to 2 pounds a week and I eat 1200 calories a day. I do not eat my exercise calories but that could just me me. Good luck with your journey!

If we all had the answers none of us would be on MFP. Everyone must take this journey in their own way. What works for you may not work for me but as long as we are all working that is all that matters. I hope you all are having a happy and healthy day.

I love the Leslie Sansome Four Fast Mile DVD and the EA Sports Active on Playstation 3. I rotate between the two and love them both. Good luck to you!

Your ideal weight range is = 125 to 140 lbs. Wow really? My goal is 160 and 140 seems a little small for me. I will have to consult my Doctor on this one.

I love the EA Sports Active. It comes with a heart rate monitor and you can customize it any way you want.
