Definitely do it ! I did one in Oct and am doing another on Apr 15th . The one I did was a 5k but with all the obstacles its not really straight running . What distance is the Warrior Dash ?

I use chobani plain and mix a 1/2 a packet of 4c wild berry pomegrante in it (the packets you mix into a water bottle) Love it! I hear crystal light is good also but haven't tried that yet
