Today I had a cup of Special K Red Berries with fat free milk for breakfast. For lunch I had a yummy salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and fat free italian dressing. Headed to the gym now!

I'm 5'2" and my starting goal is 130. Ultimately I'd like to be around 120, but the smallest I can remember being is 130 so I would like to get there and then reevaluate everything :)
