I made my son go to a driving class to get the points off his record and pay the ticket! He's young and works part time at a local supermarket......so paying that fine really hurt him! But now he thinks twice before putting the pedal to the floor.

I use to get them also.....like a ball in your calf ...very painful!! That's when I knew I was Low on potassium! Eat some bananas!!

We all go through it!! I can't see your food Diary but go lower and cut more carbs. Ride a bike or jog that extra lap or block! Good luck....you'll be through it soon!!

Maybe switch to a very low carb diet. Stay away from starches,such as potatoes, breads,rice and continue going to the gym!

I would get some blood work done after seeing a doctor......could be a lack of something the body needs!

Years ago I had a six pack and after 24 years of marriage I'm trying to get rid of a keg and get back to my old self again! I believe I can do it....so I'm shedding the weight first so it will be easier to work out the way I like too. Chicken Kebabs on the grill with fresh veggies in between! Stay away from the frozen fruit drinks...they have a lot of calories. Now after saying that....I will probably eat and drink like a pig!! I got 30 people coming to my house for one big BBQ and I'm going to regret it by Tues...lol
