I had the same goal many years ago for my wedding I know that it may sound vain but I didn't want to look back at my picture and not be happy with the way I looked I did loose 40 pounds for my wedding ....have nowgained it back:( keep up the great work it can be done good luck!!

I would limit your fruit ...perhaps two a day also some fruit has more sugar...
