For me it's chips...I will now just have a hand full not the entire bag...damn I miss that I use to drink a lot of coke but have went to diet coke..not sure if that's better or not...

I really have not thought about it yet?? I have lost weight soo many time before I think when I get down to where I want to be and keep it off for a year than I will celebrate:) good question...it will get me thinking!!
