I follow MFP and do Zumba 4x's a week for 20 minutes,. that is low as i just started exercising again! ( i'm pooped at the end of 20 min.!)Hope you find something that works for you!:smile:

Confuse your body and chage the way you exercise for a couple of weeks. Get a tape and work out with it!! Or just dance around .Anything to burn calories Have fun!!:bigsmile:

When you hit a plateau like that, i've heard you need to change up your exercise routine and do something different . Confuse your body!! Try walking out side or ge ta tape to do exercises with. Anything different!! Hope this helps!!:bigsmile:
