I agree, just a hand full of these types of things will help up your calorie quite a bit. Add avocado to salads/sandwiches and make sure you get a teaspoon of some kind healthy oil (olive, flax seed etc.)

Such a good post! My son last weekend went to my dad's and was riding his bike. He was getting really hot and my dad told him to take off his helmet (grrrrrrr) because it would cool him down. My 4 year old yelled "NO! I need it for safety!!!!" I couldn't have been prouder!

The 100 calorie bags are about 4 cups of popped corn. They are about half the size of regular bags. Then SOME of the regular bags of tons of butter etc...so they are way more than 25 calories per 1 cup popped

You might want to get your thyroid tested. About 60% or more of women with PCOS become hypothyroid. Hypothyroidism can cause female hairloss/balding (which is why hairloss can be a PCOS symptom...like high tryglycerides.)
