Oh man, I love documentaries. I have so many favorites, I don't know where to start. I know I'd leave out some really good ones if I try to list them all. But yes, there are some great ones on Netflix. If it's a good enough documentary, I'll completely lose myself in it even if it's about a subject matter I had no prior…

I was an atheist when my husband met me. He's a devout christian, with 5 years of Bible college under his belt. Friends and family said it'd never work. And while in my 12 years married to him, I've dabbled in christianity and questioned whether or not I was really an "atheist", I've decided that I'd never be a christian…

Wow, I just said "excited" entirely too many times. I must be pretty excited! :P

I'm super excited about it! I'm curious about the new farming faction. Also excited about some of the improvements they're making to Archaeology (can you tell I don't really care about end game content?! haha)! But yeah, I'm also excited to see the 85-90 zones.

<Your Mother Is A Horde> always made me laugh... I've seen it on a few different realms. I miss my old guild that I was in, <Poke Smot>. Unfortunately, someone reported the name and we had to change it. I've seen much worse guild names.

I also came in here expecting a World of Warcraft conversation. Hmpf.

I've been doing low-carb off and on for about 9 years now. Am currently back doing it again (I agree it's a lifestyle change, it's just hard for me to stick to for long periods of times, so I allow myself some breaks here and there). So far I've lost almost 50lbs this time around (restarted back in June of last year, but…

Some of these started in the 80s (and maybe a couple in the 70s, like The Residents), but I think some of their finest work was in the 90s and these were some of my favorite bands in high school (92-96... hated the bands to come in the later 90s, such as all of that nu-metal crap): They Might Be Giants, Ween, The…

charlieduc, not sure which one is you.. but you both look to be in your low to mid 20s, 24?

Hello, my name is Heather and I'm addicted to diet coke, video games, the internet, washing my hands, painting my nails, cracking my knuckles and weighing myself after every trip to the bathroom. I'd like to be more addicted to eating healthier and going for walks. And maybe doing something constructive around the house.

I'm about 4 years into my 30s and so far it's been way better than my 20s ever were. My 20s were just awkward. I still cringe looking back on those years. I'm actually looking forward to my 40s. If things only go uphill from here, then the 40s will be some of the best years of my life. I hope to be completely healthy and…

And I also love The Guild!

I watch nature programs and NOVA (as well as many travel shows and of course, Antiques Roadshow) on PBS pretty frequently. I also still play WoW. I don't think it's cool to admit that anymore. All of my friends are playing Skyrim. That's just scratching the surface, though. I do/enjoy a lot of geeky things and have for a…

World of Warcraft! Well, video games in general. Sadly, I don't think I have any other hobbies (besides browsing the internet.. but can you call that a hobby? I call it boredom).

I have a huge list, but I'll spare you. My all-time favorite band is They Might Be Giants!

We saw High Fidelity.. then we got married a few months later (married 12 years, this year)!

I love mine! Having grown up in an extremely dysfunctional household.. it was refreshing to finally meet some normal parents. They're the most loving, caring people I've ever met. They had every reason to hate me and not want me to marry their son, but they welcomed me with open arms and have been nothing but kind to me…

I have a little more than 80 to go. About 120, but I have a low goal weight (am only 5'4). I started out at 271. Lost nearly 50lbs last year, went off track around the holidays and gained some of that back and now I'm starting all over again. My first mini-goal is to get below 200.

Sounds delicious! Love the miracle of cauliflower! Would definitely like to try this out. Can't wait to see pictures!! Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Salads! Especially if you use ranch dressing (I do).. I'm not too concerned with calories, as I am counting carbs, but it's a little unnerving how many calories can be in a salad sometimes (add in the croutons, nuts, meats and other hearty things that are sometimes found in salads).

Yeah, I don't like the overstuffed feeling.. especially when it affects the way my pants feel at my waistline.. it makes it uncomfortable to sit.

I have six of them and I hate pretty much all but one now. I'd like to get my entire left arm covered up and start over with a sleeve on that arm. Right now they're just random tattoos scattered and it looks messy. None of them have anything to do with each other (a monster from Mutant Enemy productions.. if you're a…

I don't know the exact number because I don't update my wall with it, but I think it's pretty close (if not over) 80 by now. I came to this site in the beginning of June and have logged on everyday since.

Yep, I still have a lot to lose, but have lost 41lbs so far. I'm still not seeing a difference in pictures or when I look in the mirror. I guess I'm losing it all in my feet. :P I did notice recently that my 2XL t-shirts have been a lot looser than normal (my jeans still fit the same, though).. but when I tried to fit into…

I have the same belly woes. :( I hear cardio (running, etc) works wonders, believe it or not. I guess I'll believe it when I see it (though, I admit that I haven't been getting in nearly as much exercise as I should).

This thread is amazing. I started out with 121 pounds to lose and only have about 80 left. Seeing these pictures and stories makes me even more excited to get there. It's easy to lose sight of getting to your goal and it being an easy task, but this kind of inspiration helps motivate and keep me on my toes. Hard work and…

Aww, I was really hoping it wasn't a wig.. just such a pretty shade! I've never been able to get my purples that vibrant! Anyway, that is a great wig.. I couldn't even tell!
