I am really seriously considering starting it again also. I did two weeks this summer and then stopped, because I was happier walking outside as much as possible. This week I have five soccer games to go watch in six days, so it is going to be tough, but I think I really want to give it a try again.

Thank you Lord that my weight is not on my drivers license. When I get to my goal I am going to want a new pic though.

I just finished a 75 day challenge today, but if it's not too late I would like to be in on the New Year challenge. My weight Monday was 278. I really found that the 75 day challenge helped me stay focused and on track. I was just thinking about the holidays coming up and praying that I don't mess up. Thanks:smile:

You can most certainly do it! I told my doctor on June 20th that "I can not lose weight", started MFP on the 21st and proved to myself that OH yes I can. Just be honest to yourself, log your food and move a little more. Best of luck to you.

Hi, my name is Cathy and I'm a coke-a-holic. And yes I gave it up completely, very rarely I will have a diet coke or diet pepsi, but usually water or no calorie flavored water. But that's just me, if I have one coke it leads to another and another.

Oh my word!!! So very good, who knew! I used silk instead of milk and lite choc syrup instead of chips, no sweetener, no cinnamon, but it is my new favorite way to eat oatmeal. Thanks for sharing.

Agree! Completely! Soccer season is here and I have been a soccer mom for the last 16 years.....gasp.....I am almost dreading this, my sons senior year (our youngest) but I am dreading the part where we all stop at a Burger King, McD's or Wendy's after the games. I bet your right about the two lb drop. I told myself that I was really hungry for chips because they are a weakness and I havent had them since I started MFP. So Sunday was the day, ( if I had a loss--I did) I literally ate half a bag of sea salt and vinegar chips and paid for it the rest of the night. Bet I won't do that…

I can tell you that last week I had a five + pound loss on Sunday, got it last week, by Wednesday I was back up the five, weighed in this morning and lost three+. So I would say, for me anyway, the weight gain is in the first few days. Good luck.

I have well over 100 left to lose. So far i have lost over 35 lbs in two months and i think this is a great tool. But it is a tool and you can tweek it to suit your needs better. I usually eat less than MFP thinks i should and i also change up the carbs/proteins/fats. Good luck to you. Feel free to add me if you want.
