i do not have a scheduled cheat day. i try to do my best daily. if i am craving something "naughty" i do it. but i do it responsibly. everything in moderation is what id say!

i was told its not a big deal by my personal trainer. she also said that she thinks the protein goals on MFP are on the low side. i always go over too and have lost 57 pounds in 6 months, so i think its working out alright. ;) good luck!!

i have a verizon pay as you go phone. i only spend about 30 bucks a month. 20 goes to unlimited texting to any network. and i dont talk too often on the phone, but every day you make a call it costs 99 cents. then you talk in network for free. i think if you talk on the phone a lot rather than txt then it might get costly…
