  • My friends and i work with an in home trainer, when she cant make it to the house, we pull out the biggest loser for the wii. i find its a great alternative when our trainer isnt there.   • is your scale digital? are the batteries old? that doesnt sound right.... maybe a couple pounds would be normal, but 10?? did you try to weigh yourself a few times and see if the numbers were the same?
  • i am working with a personal trainer and she said to ignore the net calories you earn from exercise. it defeats the purpose of exercise... i mean, we want to burn those calories, not eat them right back! as for the amount of calories you eat, she said that as long as you are satisfied through out the day, you are ok. good…
