I had this pain when I first started. I recommend slowing your pace... stroll if necessary and gradually work your way up... when i started, it took me at least 20 minutes to do a mile... now I can do it in almost 16 flat... (2 months later)...

I walk everyday in that weather... 5 miles @ 3.5 mph... You need to make sure you are looking for signs of heat exhaustion to be safe.
