Welcome to the family, i hope you will love it like I have, just joined a few days ago. I totally understand the treats stuff you where talking about that's why I only buy fruits now and no more warm soft chocolate chip cookies.......lol! Do not worry so much about your muscle mass ok because you need it to burn fat. but just do less weights and more reps that might help. OMG.... today is my first day and am so excited about losing some more weight. Anyway I wish you the best and don't give up ok. Mary!
