When I do interval training on my treadmill I usually do something like this: (Keep in mind I'm not a beginning runner, so I can't go extremely fast haha) Warm-Up: 3-3.5 mph for 3 minutes usually 7-8 mph for 30 sec-1 minute 3 mph for 1 minute However, I change that up according to my HRM too. I don't let my heart rate get…

I'm kind of in the same boat. I'm not really dating right now and I'm focusing on myself and getting my confidence up. I'm not saying that if I randomly met someone I would say no to a date, but I'm not really actively looking. It is hard because all of my friends have boyfriends and alot are moving in with them soon, but…

I actually do. I try to burn 400-600 calories on my work-out days which is usually 6 days a week. Sometimes it's a little more. But I don't let myself stop without 300 burned at least. I vary what I do to burn those calories with running, incline walking/running, interval running, strength training, dvds, and so on. I…

I have a treadmill at home. I try to do 45-60 min of cardio per day (with one or two days off a week). During that time I switch up 10 minutes of a 5 mph jog (will build up the time slowly) and interval training of 3-3.5 mph and bursts of 7-7.5mph. I also add some incline walking in there too some days. I basically switch…

There isn't a reason my protein was set so high. I just lowered that down to 30%. Thanks for noticing that guys!! Also I hadn't even bought those protein bars or shakes yet, just kind of messing around with them in my diary to see how it would affect my numbers. I probably won't be buying them now...just saving money :)

I guess I've just read basically from everyone on here that eating half your exercise calories helps people lose weight tremendously, so I guess I thought I should. Maybe you're right, just keep doing what I'm doing around 1200-1300 no matter what and see what my body does. I just don't want to "waste time"..ya know? Also…
