Once you accept my friend request you can look at my food diary for some ideas. For meals I eat chicken, tilapia or tuna usually. I'll add onions or garlic to those to have more flavor. I want to know too! I've currently been not eating my exercise calories and eating 1200 calories a day. I just don't get how it would make sense to eat the calories you "earned" when you're trying to lose weight. Anyone know?

Thanks everyone for the responses! I did measure myself so I will be able to follow that. I think i'll plan on checking that every 2-3 weeks. It was a little harsh seeing the numbers for sure, but seeing them go down will be great :)

There's also a JELLO pudding that is sugar free with only 60 calories that is called Cinnamon Roll that is sooooooo good. They also have a caramel flavored one too. These really help my sweet cravings!
