Oh my goodness!! That's awful! I hope you can warm up, soon! That's pretty bad. I'm not sure why it's so severe like that? Maybe you can Google it to find more info? :(

Bump! Thanks!

Those are delish! I tried one once when I had some extra calories from exercise!
-
Yes, I know what you mean! :( I have my listed healthy choices I like, but I want to try some different stuff and want to get ideas, too! :)
-
Yum! These all sound like great choices!!!
-
Haha! Yes, that would be REALLY hard for me!! :)

I've had that same problem, too! I can be dripping with sweat and then I'll get the chills! Maybe it's normal? I think it does have something to do with the sweat since that is what our bodies do to help cool us off. It's odd, though, I know! *EDIT: Seajolly, I just saw your comment! :) Maybe we are right!

Rompers and those ugly souvenir t-shirts that look like they have paint splatters all over them and neon-colored. Blah! I went to Destin, FL back in August and they were EVERYWHERE! :/

You're welcome!! That totally makes sense! Pretty much, the only problem with Xanax and medications in that family is that they are highly addictive. They really need to be used with caution. As long as you take them only when absolutely needed, it shouldn't be a problem. P.S. I have to take mine before I go to the…

I'm just shocked that I have not seen the word "potato" spelled "potatoe" in this entire thread!!! Woohoo!!!
-
Hahahaha!!!! Totally agree.

I remember eating french fries every day at school...ha ha. Of course, that was back when I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a pound. Those days are long gone. :D

I totally agree. It really does depend on the drug and the person. Personally, I gained 7 pounds within two months of taking Lexapro. I suppose that's not too bad but it just kept creeping up. It's hard though, because you want to feel better, but you don't want to gain weight, either. I also agree with the natural…

I'm not really an expert at all, but I don't think I have heard of any weight gain issues with anti-anxiety drugs. I know stuff like that makes me really sleepy...and if I'm sleeping, I'm not eatin'! Haha! :)

Same here, except it's Celexa for me. Pretty close to the same thing, though. I was taking 40 mg daily and I have successfully weaned myself off the higher dosage and I am now taking 10 mg. I plan to wean myself completely off. Good luck! :) I know how hard it is! Definitely not anything to stop cold turkey.

I used to take Lexapro (and later on, Celexa) and gained all the weight that I have finally got off--after 5 years! It may be different for you, though, and you may not experience weight gain at all. At the time, I knew it was a possibility, but feeling better was more important at the time (I was struggling with extreme…

Hahahaha!!! :D

Can't we all get along? LOL! :D

Actually, it seems to me that this site is a contest of "who thinks they know more". It seems like every thread I click on, it is nothing more than a contest to see who can act like they know more than the previous poster or the op.

AGREED!!! :)

Almonds! I like the cinnamon flavor! :)

This sounds so good! Thanks!

Hahaha! This is hilarious!
-
Okay! Will do! Thanks SO MUCH for your help!
-
Thank you! :)

Thank you, Rachel. I went in earlier and set it to one pound a week and it set the calories at 1320. You do think I would have better results with 1/2? It does make sense to me! The last thing I want to go is get into maintenance phase and gain some back. It seems like it may "shock" my body making a huge jump in cals like…

Whoops...I got a little click-happy! Sorry!
-
Yes, it does. :) And I've never thought of alternating! That sounds like a good idea, too. Thank you.

Thank you! That is what I was thinking about doing. Sounds like a good idea to me :)
