Eargasms are awesome! My ENT (ear, nose, throat doctor) told me not to use Q-tips because they contain formaldehyde and it can causes some serious itching and inflammation, which was one chronic problem I was going to see him for. I now use rolled up toilet paper. Not nearly as good though.

I've had this too, although it has been very mild for the most part. I've taken Tylenol PM when i just couldn't stand it any longer, but I try not to take medicine since I take enough of it for migraines I get often. Anyway, I never found any correlation to diet or anything, I didn't even think about it, but I have two…

One of the best things about nursing your little one, besides the benefits to your baby, is the benefit to you. As long as you eat healthy for yourself you will lose weight faster because you are nursing. It takes a good amount of energy for your body to make that milk. After I had my second baby last July I lost 30lbs in…

So glad you asked this. I need one too.

Here is a 3 minute mini walk that you can do a few times a day at your desk. Just take off your heals and walk. You can do it a few times through out your day. The goal is to just get up and move. Good luck. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1BzEW0ibcg

Those little, but so very difficult, changes are going to make a huge difference in your life. Congratulations!

Sounds awesome! Thanks"

My almost 3 year old loves ham and cheese roll ups for a quick snack. I use the boar's head deli ham a slice of american cheese and I put a slice of tomato in the middle. Really any kind of lunch meat any kind of sliced cheese and any kind of veggie can be used. I'm all about quick healthy snacks for my kids.

Dessert for tomorrow! Thanks for sharing!

Ultimately it is your decision. You are going to do whatever it is you want to do. It's all about your priorities and how bad you want those things. You can give up drinking if you want to. There is nothing wrong with saying no and standing up for what you truly want. You don't have to go along with your "friends" just…

Bump!! Sounds great and my kids will love it too!

Bump!

I don't have any recipes to share but if you make something that serves 4 or whatever freeze it in individual portions so you can have just one.

Workout dvd's are great. On-demand through your cable should have some if you have access to it. Or just put on some great music and dance around with your daughter, that's a GREAT workout and it's fun. I do that with my girls and they love it!

Awesome!!!! Congrats!!! I never would have thought about it that way.

BodyBugg and BodyMedia are pretty much the same thing. Always worn on your upper left arm. The BodyMedia can be worn during sleep, but it just tells you how long you were sleeping and if you were up throughout the night. The management program is not free for the BodyMedia and the database is very minimal. (I have the…

Talk with your pup's veterinarian. They will give you their recommendation and if he is having coat/shedding issues it could be something more serious. I only say this because I am a certified veterinary technician and have seen many things that on the surface don't seem to be much and in reality are truly serious. Good…

I have not gone through any of the rigorous grad school programs, although at one time I was considering on applying for veterinary school. Anyway, my thoughts are if you know the stressors that you both face and can handle them together with love and support then you will know when the right time to get married is. Don't…

It sounds like it's going to be a great birthday! You should check out www.wilton.com they have a ton of ideas, tips, and recipies. Good luck and have fun!!

That sounds really good!! I think I'll just have to try it!

That is so AWESOME!!!! Congrats!!! This is going to be my reward when I reach my final goal. Thanks for the pictures. You have given me extra motivation.

You have recognized that you are doing something that isn't going to get you to where you ultimately want to be. That is a step back in the right direction. Remember where you want to be and remember the WHY you want to be there. Really remember the why. You'll get the drive back. Life happens and make it difficult to keep…

I wouldn't be surprised that it's over 800 for 3 hours or more. Your body burns calories all the time, exercising or not. It just uses them faster (or more of them depending on how you want to look at it) when you are moving around, like slow walking.

You don't need to worry about the nutrition that you are giving to your beautiful baby. Your body will make exactly what she needs. As long as she is healthy and gaining weight you are giving her the best thing you can. I'm glad you are making healthy choices. That will help you to be strong for her. Also, BF should…

I have it and I LOVE most parts of it! I don't like the way it tracks you. I could be doing the exercise exactly as the trainer is on tv but the sensor keeps saying "follow the trainer" because it doesn't "see" me. It could be the lighting I have in the room though. But since it doesn't track right the calories burned that…

I've recently looked into getting one, but I just can't bring myself to pay that much $$ for it. I think it would be great to see true numbers though. A previous co-worker (when I was still working) got one and she loved it. It was about 3 years ago so it was an older model. Maybe someday in the future I'll invest in one.…
