Sounds good, I myself know the importance of doing Kegel exercises. I am a past independent consultant for adult products. And in my parties I tried to stress the importance of doing Kegels, the benefits are great! :wink:

I took a couple of days off, due to my shoulder hurting. I did L1 for about 10 days & now have started on L2. I like it, as long as it is making me sweat. I lost about 4 lbs. since I started. I feel & look better. But this is just me, everyone is different. :smile:

Today was my 5th day of the 30 Day Shred. I have noticed my endurance is up & I am excited that I started this exercise routine. My goal is to also drink more water each day. Let's do it Ladies!!!! :flowerforyou:

I just bought the dvd yesterday, this morning I did L1D1. It wasn't too bad, but I am going to commit myself to this workout, I was lookin to trade in my trainer @ the gym anyway. I think this will work for me, plus save me gas in the car from driving 8 miles to the gym.
