Why would you be eating like this if it is not how you naturally eat? Just don't do it. I have eaten like this most of my life, but I wouldn't if it didn't suit me. You shouldn't be miserable. All the best.

I really really LOVE peeling eggs! It's the best thing to do in the kitchen. I wish I could peel everyone's eggs for them.

I have never been a competitive eater, but until I hit my mid 30s I could eat MASSIVE amounts of food and I ate like that every day. And I was tiny. 5'4 and I weighed around 50 kgs. As a teenager I used to eat way more than my Dad lol. I could easily eat a whole chicken myself. I think I just had a super duper fastโฆ

I've had a fitbit for nearly a week now. It records my rhr in the 50s. Often as low as 53. I'm chubby and lazy, so I think I may unwittingly be a zombie.

I don't usually start to get hungry until about 2pm. I like to have one huge meal a day at around 4pm. That seems to be my natural way of eating.

I LOVE chicken feet! I only tried them for the first time a few years ago. Not easy to get in NZ. I have had frog, crocodile (yummy), camel, snake, snails, ostrich, and other things I can't remember. Only snails in NZ, all the rest overseas. I like to try everything new. I've also had durian. It was nice.

I've been doing it for about 35 years. It's just the way I naturally eat. Tbh I don't really understand why people do it as a "thing". Just eat whatever way suits you best and lower your calories. If I'm at work I eat 2 meals a day. Light lunch around 12 and big dinner around 5. If I'm not at work I usually eat a highโฆ

I ate over on Christmas day by about 1000 calories. Not a biggie. But today I went a bit bonkers on the leftovers! I live on my own and didn't want to throw any food out as I hate wasteage so I ate it ๐ And then I ate some cheese. I think I was around 2000 - 2500 over today. I'm not going to worry about it too much to beโฆ
