  • have music when you exercise..and set an emotional goal as to why you want to lose weight..and whenever you try to eat unhealthy or avoid exercise just think about that emotional goal...for me its how my ex bf said i was too fat for him....
  • i have the same problem...my mum makes fatty, oily Indian food everyday because my dad and everyone in the family loves it..but i know that that's bad for me..so i basically make my own food everyday..i make healthy food such as stir fry,vegi salad fruit salad..try doing that....make you own food, buy you own healthy…
