Personally, I consume very little dairy, only yogurts and cheese. No straight milk! But I'm sensitive to lactose and it does make me bloated, so I think that's your answer :)

I didn't even bother logging much as of christmas day. Not gonna punish myself for having fun over christmas :) Come January 1st, I'll be back on course and losing weight once more!

I have lost most of my weight through MFP. My weight used to flactuate constantly last summer and this summer so I started using this to keep it under control and since then I've lost 18 pounds :)

I'm not a starbucks fan :o But when I have christmas coffee from costa I have the small Gingerbread Latte with Soya Milk and 1 sugar which adds up to 157 calories <3 :)

It sounds to me like you have got an eating disorder sweetheart. Why are tracking on here? To try and mainatin your weight? or to see how much you're starving yourself? I hope you realise that that doesn't make you a vegetarian? Eating fish and chicken isn't vegetarian considering they are animals. Also, what reason do you have to cut out dairy? It isn't high in carbs or fat? :S

I need to get a measuring tape I really do! I haven't measured myself in months and I was 38-36-45 then. So I really should check, I know that my clothes are looser :)

By the way here are some stats: 19 years old, 180 pounds, 5 foot 2, active - I walk everywhere all day and try to do some aerobic videos when I can, nothing too heavy at the moment!

I think it is probably a stock image. I think it might just be my eyesight because when I looked closely today, my weight had dipped just below 13 stone (82kg) and I think the conversion matches up correctly there...

I said 12.10. I meant 12 stone, 10 pounds. I'd converted 82KG instead of 81 >.<

yeah, they don't have a setting for stone. Just a dual scale, stone is across the top and kg is across the bottom. I have had a look at the reviews and they aren't fantastic.

It's just my luck as well! :( I'll take it back tomorrow and get my nurse to weigh me so I know how much I actually weigh at the moment, I might be pleasently surprised *fingers crossed*

A stone is 14 pounds :) it's a nice way to round up the numbers and sounds good when you say "I lost 2 stone" ;)

It isn't a digital scale, it only shows stones/pounds or kg :)

It's me who is bad at maths :( I have dyscalculia (which makes losing weight a nightmare!) No, I've not tried that but I will try it out :)

You seem to have me wrong, the pound to stone conversion is wrong on my scale, the conversion says I'm 12.10 stone but when I stand on the scale it shows me as being a little over 13 stone. The limit is 1 stone on my scale.

Pie! for sure! Fizzy drinks, sweets, chocolate >.< I drink Pepsi Max instead of 'diet pepsi' - I know it isn't any good for you but at 2 calories per 250ml.... :)

You seem to be mistaken, I started using FMP in June last year :) But I started using it again in September this year, I've lost 13 pounds since September xx

Personally, I have more energy eating 1200 cals than eating 2,000+ because I'm not stuffed and lethargic all the time. Everyone is different!
