Make these all the time.. Place on a cooking sheet, brush on some olive oil and sprinkle on some Rosemary, Sage, Oregano, paprika and a little salt and pepper.. I will cover with tinfoil and cook 30 Min's at 350, then uncover and cook for 10 min's or so to brown!!!

You're only going 170 calories under your daily goal, our body will not go into starvation mode.. Daily goal calories are estimated and are different person to person!! I try and do cardio 7 days a week, but as for working-out you have to let your body rest. I workout Monday-Friday and let my body recover on the weekends. I get in about 30-60 minutes of exercise on the weekends, then start my weekly routine on Monday.

I try and stay away from all fruit and veggie drinks, they are loaded with sugars and salt.. If your going to drink them I would suggest buying a juicer and make them yourself. But even then to much fruit juice will lead to weight gain. I try and drink water, to spice it up add lime or lemon.
