Iam 5' 11/2" and 43 years old. Current weight is 160 lbs and would like to get to 118lb. Originally started at 178 two years ago and got down to 135lb. Feel free to add me. I have 40lbs to go. I find setting small goals are a good way to start. Saying I have to loose 60lbs was daunting but by going by increments of 5 or 10's it helps. I count tea. I normally drink caffeine free herbal teas with nothing in them. Regular tea I can't stand. With water I count it too if I have Crystal lite (making sure to count crystal light calories as well). Though mostly I drink it without anything but ice though sometimes with a slice of lemon.

Just for today I will drink all my water and make sure I track it. 12 oz * 2 = 24 oz 24 oz * 3= 72 oz (drank this at work. 3 bottles) 8oz = 08oz Total water today 104 oz. And 2 bottles of pop (591ml each).
