  • That's wonderful! Congratulations on making the right choices. My husband wants to go to Chili's tonight and I have done the same thing. I found their nutrition info online and have planned out what I'll order ahead of time. Should be great fun! Again, great job on staying focused and being able to enjoy your dinner out.
  • Oh. My. God. You look fantastic!! Such a difference and in such a short amount of time. You totally rock! And I'm in love with your hair! Glad to see another Wisconsinite with such great success :) Congratulations!
  • From my experience and reading the experience of others, weight loss does slow down the father you get into it. That being said, if you are diligent about sticking to your program and putting the effort in, I don't see any reason that you couldn't reach your goal. Stay strong and work hard! Good Luck! And awesome work so…
  • Can't beat walking...or jogging if you're so inclined. I like to make up an invigorating playlist on my ipod and go.
  • You look fantastic!! Thank you for the inspirational post!
  • Dskwon has been a member since January and the only two posts were grammar correction. So I don't think his/her heart is in the right place here. Please ignore, and while I don't have any advice on ttc, I wish you good luck on your journey.
  • 1 cup Kashi Go Lean (Regular, not Crunch) 1/2 Skim Milk Handful of blueberries or strawberries Comes it at around 225 calories and has 18 grams protein, and 12 grams fiber. Keeps you satisfied for quite a while.
  • I know you said you don't want to do online, but I've found several just doing a quick search for "38DDD swimsuit". It might be your best bet to get the top that way, and then just go find bottoms that you like somewhere else. Places are pretty good at exchanging things quickly and for free when something doesn't work out.…
  • I just started walking again and it feels so invigorating. I would love to be able to run someday. I've been reading so many stories on MFP of people who had never even thought of running who are now doing marathons! I'll have to go do some research on breathing techniques before I start. Thanks for sharing!

  • That is my exact goal! I'm so happy to see that it is actually attainable if I work hard. No gimmicks here! Eat less, eat better, move more! Congratulations on your loss!
  • You look so amazing! You've really had a complete body transformation. Such an inspiration. I'm only on my 6th day, but I hope to see results like yours. Great work!
  • My treadmill is a Landis that originally had the HRM attachment when it belonged to my parents. But over the years (as it became their clothes rack) they had lost that part. Now it is mine and I can only use the treadmill's calculations. I do not own a separate HRM.
  • That is so great, Melissa! You're very inspiring! I can't wait to get into onderland with you :)
