I too have PCOS. I didn't want to take all the meds so I thought I would lose weight and see if it eases some of the symptoms. That would be awesome. Also cute little dresses!

I hard boil a whole thing of eggs and keep them in the fridge. It just makes it easy when I am lazy and don't feel like cooking. (::cough, cough:: everyday ::cough, cough)

Try C25K, It's pretty awesome. As for the boobs, I would just shop around for a better sports bra. Mine behave when we're running but act like they want to break free and start a life of their own when we're doing jumping jacks...

That was happening to me too because of the fruit I ate in the morning. I still eat it, so there are days that I am over a bit but I try to eat berries and fruits with less sugar in them.

I am not a morning person at all and I always work out at night. I know they say the morning is the best time, but I figure as long as I'm doing it I'm ok. Exercise is exercise. It's good no matter when you do it :)

I have the same problem, never enough protein... Have you tried the 0% greek yogurt? 22g of protein. You're better off getting the plain and mixing it with your own fruit to avoid added sugar. Also Tuna and Bumble Bee makes a salmon in a pouch that's pretty good. Both have around 26g of protein.
