Or, he was caught off guard by his new-found attraction for you... or for fruity pebbles or whatever shiny thing distracted him.
Oooooh. Fruity pebbles. I want some. That could totally do it.

I have not yet figured a way to comfortably run with a gun. Kimber makes a small two shot pepper projectile "gun" that I've considered getting.

Seems like you have your answer. Swimming, hiking, walking and kettlebell are more than enough to lose weight. That's what I do, plus occasional team sports, but that's not the bulk of what I do. I have the Iron Core kettlebell videos from Amazon and I like them.

I eat the Smarty Pants gummies. I love them. They also have omega fish oil in them. Did I mention they taste like candy? I love them.

Proper Kung Pao Chicken is pretty healthy, but the sodium levels are still pretty high. I try to limit rice to keep the calories down. I also like Egg Drop Soup. THat's actually super easy and I make it at home.

I weigh every morning, but only record the number on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

A shot of olive oil mayo and a shot of coarse ground mustard and a splash of Worcestershire sauce.

My breakfast is usually a serving of almonds, some fruit and some gummi vitamins :) It's light, it's quick, but it's all I feel like eating in the morning.

No, that's just about the right amount of jacked.

Pop is epic-ly bad for you. With or without calories. It's too bad it's evil, because I love it, but it is evil.

I am intimidated by "real runners," but that's because I know nothing. I went to a running store, and they were great. They employees were very friendly and they're all runners. I explained that I knew nothing, and then roughly what I wanted, and then they helped me get what I needed/wanted. For me, that's key. Let them…

Walking. That's where I started. Then, eventually, very light jogging. And back to walking when you get winded. It takes forever, or so it seems, but eventually, your body gets it. And by forever, maybe months to years, but if you stick at it, you get there.

I'm pretty sure your BMR is the calories it takes to be alive. Let's say 100 an hour. When you run for an hour, the 500 calories burned is on top of the 100 because in addition to being alive, you had to transport your mass 4 miles, which required an extra 500 calories of energy. It's physics.

I do cheat. And then I do penance on my treadmill :) Seriously, a couple times a week I'll drink a Pepsi (Throwback rocks) and then that means an extra mile on the treadmill at night. So far, it's still working. Today I ate light breakfast, moderate lunch, ran a bunch and burned 1200 calories, so I had a mushroom and swiss…

+1 This scale has done very well for me.

Chips. Any kind. I'm not picky.

30% of the time it works every time! Seriously though, I've had some luck with this method as long as you don't try to use it during high risk times of the month. Not for everyone. Also only used it at times the world wasn't going to end if we got pregnant.

I do Insanity and Kettlebell in either Merrill Barefoot shoes or Vibram Five Fingers. I like the feel of barefoot with the protection of a shoe. I'm in love with the Merrill's. They're comfortable and flat (zero rise), and they're a lot easier to get on and off than my Vibrams.

Homemade chili is low in fat and calories, high in fiber, warms up easily and sticks to your ribs. Just be sure you use a lean recipe and lean meat.
