I do my best to only eat one or two helpings of red meat weekly. And most everything I buy is organic and local, plus the meats humanely and sustainably raised. But this is because I have access to such things here in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Diet looks healthy except when I noticed the high sugar intake in form of girl scout and tollhouse cookies. Omg, they are a weekness of mine too. Salt may be a big culprit with the Asian food because bul ko gee is marinated in piles of soy sauce with other stuff of course but that ton of sodium may be holding you back.

Try drinking a lil kefir every day. It's in the yogurt section at the big markets. And add some good ol fiber in your diet via veggies if possible. You will regulate and hopefully normalize consistency.

HOLY MOLY!! ! ! ! ! Incredible transformation. You are an inspiration to us all. I won't be fighting but I will try to push for 5 mins more every time I'm ready to quit. It may help me say goodbye to these last 4-5lbs that have been haunting me for these many months. You did an amazing job!

I experienced hair loss when I was severely anemic. You should check with your doctor. There are many medical reasons for hair loss. If you aren't already, take some multi vitamins that include iron to start. Good luck.

I'm just checking, but are you eating your exercise calories or just taking in 1200 and stopping? You may have put your body into starvation mode. I had hit a plateau and found that changing over to maintenance for a week or two. I rarely ate all the calories while set in maintenance but the extra calories kicked me back…

Mine was from my eBay user name when I was selling off my Toy and Collectible collections. I went through a purging of sorts. I was quite a pack rat. But at least I bought low and sold HIGH while the going was good. If I still had all that junk I couldn't sell them now for even half of what I made then.

My thoughts exactly. It is a lifestyle change to keep it off forever. You can do it. Adjust your eating habits and I'm sure it will come off and stay off. No more junk food.
