I love the Dannon Oikos plain greek fat free stuff. here is what I do with mine. I add a little stevia and then about 3/4 tsp of sugar free lemon pudding mix. Top that off with Kashi go lean crunch. I also add a little water to it to thin it down as the pudding mix makes it even thicker.

I have been using pure Stevia powder in all my sweetened drinks. Coffee and Iced tea mostly. I use the KAL brand from our health food store. I don't use Truvia as it has other products in it. Pure Stevia is only the plant base and water. Side benifit is my blood sugar has improved since I have been using it.

Are we talking Shirataki noodles or the miracle noodles. They are different. Shiritaki are tofu based and miracle are plant based.

I use Stevia everyday. It comes from the Stevia plant. I cannot be sure that the drops are not processed or not as it is from a plant and not a liquid. I know the pure stevia powder that I use is derived from the plant and water. That is all. I use the KAL brand as it is the only one I have found that does not have an…

Stevia is not an artificial sweetener. It is the leaf of the stevia plant and water. That is it. Natural as can be.

Stevia is just from the stevia plant. It is great for diabetics. I use it all the time now. I have found that the KAL brand is the best tasting. I buy it in it's pure form.

I general it is better if you share your diary so the others can see what you are eating and hopefully help.

I mix mine with a sugar free chocolate syrup for flavoring coffee and just a hint of pure stevia. MMM Good

I have done the same thing with parchment paper in the microwave. Delish....
