I need to set my mindset to that same standard of success. I often say things like that but become discouraged if the scale doesnt move. Good luck. I have read that the mix of cardio and strength training are what works best, so you are on the right track.

I am a post grad returner as well. I have had some of the same problems. I find it best if I grocery shop on one day a week for snacks of fruits and vegetables. Well, sometimes if I dont save mine that day, it wont show up on the news feed... and the number of days logged is how many you have logged onto the site. Not how many you have logged your food. And the log counter starts over if you miss a day... even by an hour!
