  • I am on several meds and I have not had any reactions. I just chose this specific brand b/c it is convienent-location wise, one of the cheapest, and basic flavors, plus the lady that sells it gave me 50+ recipes for the protein powder shakes :D I forgot to say that I also use frozen fruit when I have it.

  • Go Tech! Well, I burned 1500 calories tonight... only bad thing is that I did as much as I could and didn't even come close to meeting my calories for the day. I have to cut back on Tuesday and thursdays. I am also trying to eat at least 2 fruits and veggetables everday. Good luck to everyone.
